Firstly we try to explain the reasons behind social discrimination usually conducted by haves against marginalized groups have nots of the society using the theories from behavioral economics. Secondly we come up with a simple probability model to frame the negative impact of linguistic exclusion by media discriminatory media content on corporate hiring decisions. Lastly we conclude with a discussion on economic losses due to the discriminatory practices while hiring employees in such institutions.
