Thermal Analysis of IC Engine Cylinder Fins using ANSYS

Abstract
The cylinders are one of the vital components of IC engines. The current research reviews existing work conducted in improving performance of engine by varying fuel flow and operating conditions. The investigations of engines are based on numerical method, analytical method and experimental techniques. The study on optimization of intake manifold, fuel injection system and other engine cylinder components are also presented. The CFD simulation studies on intake design and engine cylinder are also presented.
