It has increased the competition between countries in the medical industry. The main purpose of this research is to find the relationship and to study the variable E-WOM, destination trust, service quality that will gives local resident influence on medical tourism Klang Valley. In this research, the survey will be conduct and questionnaire will be distributed to 416 to medical tourist and local tourist respondent which located around Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. The researcher using method to analyse the data using SPSS version 26 to generate the result of the data collection. Descriptive analysis will be used to explain the fundamental features of the data collection and we had used Reliability Analysis to test the research model. The result show that all the variables (electronic word of mouth, destination trust, and service quality) has the positive relationship with local resident perception regarding their intention to visit for medical tourism. This study has provide the government, medical institution and future researcher to gain understanding on the local resident perception regarding their intention to visit for medical tourism.
