Abstract

Knowledge Management is considered as an alternative to others administrative approaches, it coexists with the current strategy business-oriented of the companies, having as its differential the aid of improvement of the organizational processes. The interaction of the tacit and explicit knowledge for the creation of the organizational knowledge must be promoted and remain in consequent continuous improvement. In this context, and recognizing that the software engineering is particularly guided to the knowledge and related with experience of the involved people in the phases of the process, we analyze three companies of the region of Belo Horizonte with different sizes, with the intention of verify the real impact of the software development process adopted on the knowledge, in different organizational environments. This way, we describe the used models of knowledge management and software development process, the used methodology to it and the research results, pointing directions to future works
