Many users get "filtered out" (they prefer that term, to "banned") from Twitter's search index because they unknowlingly violated one ore more of Twitter's odd Rules that discourage spamming. Twitter does a less than stellar job of making user's aware of these Rules, and an even worse job of clarifying exactly what the rules really mean. It's all very vague. What being "filtered out" means is that your updates will not show up in any searches, hash tag streams, ete. Tweets that mention your name will show up in a search, but not those actually posted from you.
mein persönliches gtd-setting inklusive verwendeter tools hier explifiziere ich mal mein aktuelles gtd-workflow-und-überhaupt-alles-setting, das ich in den letzten 1 1/2 wochen von grund auf neu aufgestellt habe (was ein bisschen länger als von david allen veranschlagt ist, aber erstens habe ich in der zeit auch anderes getan und zweitens macht das schon mal mehr spaß als die nächstes anstehenden projekte und es tut psychohygienisch einfach gut, mal alles im system zu haben). da ich nicht @saschalobo ( http://webciety.de/2011/02/21/my-work-and-life-with-the-cloud ) bin, ist die sache relativ einfach, was überhaupt das grundprinzip ist: the most simple thing that could possibly work. diese dokumentation dient(e) erstens für mich selbst zur klarwerdung darüber, was für mich wie am besten organisiert ist und was funktioniert (hat) und was nicht. wenn sie darüber hinaus noch anderen wobei auch immer weiterhilft, wäre das natürlich hoch erfreulich.
