The technical orientation of this Group 22 is established by an experienced but, neverthless, rather small group of engineers. The fourth Open Discussion Session provides an opportunity for all delegates to introduce subjects or relate particular events that may expand our present scope and possibly result in new study programs. Delegates must give a written summary of their proposed contribution to the Chairman before the start of the meeting so that enough time can be allotted to this Open Session which will conclude the meeting. The time allowed for any subject will be at the discretion of the Chairman who shares our concern that the hours available are not sufficient for the overall task.
