Methontology provides guidelines for specifying ontologies at theknowledge level, as a specification of a conceptualization. ODE enablesontology construction, covering the entire life cycle and automaticallyimplementing ontologies. To meet the challenge of building ontologies,we have developed Methontology, a framework for specifying ontologies atthe knowledge level, and the Ontology Development Environment.
