A company leader must be able to direct his employees to work together and try to always provide guidance to employees to improve performance through motivation given by the leadership to employees. Performance is the total of all activities carried out by all available resources in the company that work together so as to create a good work system in the company. In this study a total of 44 respondents were all employees in the Koperasi Gotong Royong Mandiri and were used as a sample. The results of the study explained that giving incentives had an effect on performance by 23.60 and motivation had an effect on performance by 5.44 and together the incentives and motivation had an effect on performance by 36.61 .
