Abstract
This report will describe the development of a spectrum frequency allocation plan for Myanmar. As such, it includes a definition of what is meant by “frequency allocation plan,” a description of elements to be considered in frequency allocation planning, and recognition of factors that influence frequency allocation planning (also known as “spectrum planning”). Consideration of the unique circumstances of Myanmar, both technological and sociological, is taken into account with the development of this plan. The change of government in 2021 has been a significant factor.
