However, this industrial activity poses significant environmental challenges due to the unique and delicate ecosystems found in the deep sea. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review of the environmental impacts of deep sea mining, focusing on potential consequences for biodiversity, marine ecosystems, and the overall health of the ocean. By evaluating existing research and studies, we identify the key ecological concerns and discuss potential mitigation strategies to minimize the negative effects of deep sea mining.
