Usuário, família e comunidade como parte da equipe de saúde na Colaboração Interprofissional

, und . Sanare - Revista de Políticas Públicas, 15 (2): 120-128 (Juni 2016)

Zusammenfassung

Teamwork in public health has required a careful look on the part of researchers and health professionals, as it involves complex concepts and proposes new ways of dealing with people and managing organizations. This article addresses the theme of interprofessional collaboration, in the context of working in the primary health care (PHC) and the Family Health Strategy (FHS), highlighting the user’s role as a significant part of this process. We conduct a conceptual review on the theme, which is discussed in relation to other concepts, such as: integrality, autonomy, health as a right, and participation. We propose that appreciating health care practices in families, among neighbors, in religious groups, in local cultural and sports initiatives, and the intertwining of various health care modes (formal and informal) can broaden the horizons of interprofessional collaboration, starting to consider the user, family, and community as a part of this making of health care.
