These resources provide genre/form terms for use in special collections cataloging. Following a brief history of the development of the RBMS CV, this paper focuses on two projects: the creation of the integrated and linked data-compliant RBMS CVRMC and the revision and expansion of the thesaurus’ terms for prejudicial materials. We offer this as a case study of a community-created cataloging resource.
