Another framework that comes to complement the tacit-externalization-explicit-internalization-... cycle of nonaka. The framework sounds interesting at a managerial level but I do not know how can it be translated into a technological infrastructure. I also believe that Nonaka and Seely are actually talking about the same thing maybe with different words or at a different level.
