The paper also looks at mathematics teacher job performance in the school and the factors that can enhance mathematics teacher’s job performance in the schools. Secondary data were used in the paper. The data were collected from print and online publications. The paper concluded that adequate funding, supervision, training, conducive working environment, motivation and provision of instructional materials are factors that enhances job performance of mathematics.
