Abstract

This paper is intended to highlight the problems related to the development of professionals involved in the field of educational technology, defining a series of new professional roles, skills and competencies acquired to respond to the job market demand in this field. A referential model for the staff involved in the development of networked based courses or activities is also defined in the course of this paper in order to cover all the necessities of a networked-based course development.
