An overview of the ThinkTankTM is presented. Three scenarios of use in the context of an industry pilot illustrate how ThinkTankTM can support key corporate activities. The experience gained and lessons learned during the industry pilot project in a structural engineering design office examine the impact of this collaboration technology on the design process as it relates to team dynamics and communications.
