Pathomechanogenesis of disturbances of the upper extremity in ICP includes primary muscular disbalance, successive formation of faulty postures, pathologic locomotor stereotype, vegetotrophic disturbances, contractures of the joint and anatomical changes of the skeleton. These changes are closely correlated with the age of the patients and according to the degree of the disturbances may be regarded as stages of the disease.
