Abstract
An overview of exclusive two-body and three-body baryonic B decays is given.
The threshold enhancement effect in the dibaryon invariant mass and the angular
distributions in the dibaryon rest frame are stressed and explained. Weak
radiative baryonic B decays mediated by the electromagnetic penguin process
\$bs\gamma\$ are discussed. Apart from the first observation of the radiative
penguin decay \$B^-\toŁambdap\gamma\$ with the baryonic final state, the
decay \$B^-\Xi^0\bar\Sigma^-\gamma\$ at the level of \$610^-7\$ may be
accessible to B factories in the near future.
