NDIIPP Project. The Minnesota Historical Society is working with representatives from the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) and the California Digital Library (CDL), as well as representatives from the states of California, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Vermont who are involved in preserving and providing access to government information.
