Relation extraction on an open-domain knowledge base
Accompanying repository for our EMNLP 2017 paper. It contains the code to replicate the experiments and the pre-trained models for sentence-level relation extraction.
Labeled LDA (D. Ramage, D. Hall, R. Nallapati and C.D. Manning; EMNLP2009) is a supervised topic model derived from LDA (Blei+ 2003). While LDA's estimated topics don't often equal to human's expectation because it is unsupervised, Labeled LDA is to treat documents with multiple labels. I implemented Labeled LDA in python.

MobWrite is extremely good at resolving collisions which other systems would fail on. Form This form demonstrates collaboration with all the standard HTML form elements. Note that the onchange event is called remotely when the checkbox is ticked, thus allowing forms to react normally to changes. Spreadsheet This 50-cell spreadsheet is an abuse of MobWrite (there are more efficient ways of synchronizing grids of data). But it shows what can be done.
PyAMG is a library of Algebraic Multigrid (AMG) solvers with a convenient Python interface. What is AMG?¶ AMG is a multilevel technique for solving large-scale linear systems with optimal or near-optimal efficiency. Unlike geometric multigrid, AMG requires little or no geometric information about the underlying problem and develops a sequence of coarser grids directly from the input matrix. This feature is especially important for problems discretized on unstructured meshes and irregular grids.
