PhysicsOverflow is a next-generation academic platform for physicists and astronomers, including a community peer review system and a postgraduate-level discussion forum analogous to MathOverflow.
Actually, more than this post, want to show that VLC has this setting Video->Crop-><options> e.g. 5:4, 4:3, etc. that can be used to display a region of video only
This works for printing Github Markdown with images !
Steps:
1. Download raw .md file, having embedded links to images and copy its contents
2. Modify image links in file with following:
Find Regex: https://github.com/(.*)/blob/(.*)
Replace: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/$1/$2
3. Paste at 'markdownprint' site
4. Generate HTML page
5. Use browser print to save as PDF
