In der Edition 2007 fordern die beiden renommierten Experten auf diesem Gebiet, interne Kommunikation endlich konsequent zur Chefsache zu machen. Dieses Interview beleuchtet die Hintergründe.
Interne Kommunikation: In Zeiten permanenter Change-Prozessen in Unternehmen ist die interne
Kommunikation gefordert wie noch nie. Oftmals wird sie aber von der Unternehmensführung
personell und finanziell stiefmütterlich behandelt und findet abgekoppelt von der Führungskommunikation
und der Kommunikation nach aussen statt. Dabei wäre die interne Kommunikation nach
einhelliger Meinung aller Betroffener ein Wertschöpfungsinstrument erster Güte.
Im Rahmen eines Personalabbau spricht man am meisten von Strategien zur Milderung der Folgen. Das am häufigsten diskutierte Instrument ist der Sozialplan, welcher entgegen der landläufigen Meinung auch bei Massenentlassungen nicht obligatorisch ist.
