The experience of foreign countries shows that the vote of no confidence is divided into three types of models, and the order of this process is complicated in order to prevent a government crisis. The author puts forward the approach that it is appropriate to legally regulate the norms related to the exact procedure, terms and grounds of expressing a vote of no confidence in the legislation of Uzbekistan.
