Quassel IRC is a modern, cross-platform, distributed IRC client, meaning that one (or multiple) client(s) can attach to and detach from a central core -- much like the popular combination of screen and a text-based IRC client such as WeeChat, but graphical. In addition to this uniqe feature, we aim to bring a pleasurable, comfortable chatting experience to all major platforms (including Linux®, Windows®, and MacOS X® as well as Qtopia-based cell phones and PDAs), making communication with your peers not only convenient, but also ubiquitous available.
And the best of all: It's free - as in beer and as in speech, since we distribute Quassel under the GPL, and you are welcome to download and see for yourself!
ServiceFixture is a fixture library built on top of FIT/FitNesse which enables FitNesse to be the integration test and software collaboration platform for service oriented and distributed systems. These systems usually expose stateless services, such as web service (SOAP or REST), ejb and POJO etc, to its internal or external clients, and complex domain objects are always involved in the service interfaces.
It is difficult to leverage FitNesse for these systems due to the fact that it is not trivial to represent complex domain objects in FIT test table, and hence it would require constant fixture development efforts to support the integration test. ServiceFixture is designed to fill this gap.
ServiceFixture uses expression language to represent domain objects, verify and display the response in FIT test table. Every ServiceFixture test is basically a method invocation to a stateless service. The test starts with setting up the input data, then invoking the service operation, and then checking the response.
Because the ServiceFixture is very generic, to setup ServiceFixture and FitNesse for a project, you only need to write a ServiceFixture extension to encapsulate the invocation logic once, which is pretty trivial. No more fixture development is needed after that. It also provides template creator integrated with FitNesse to make tester's life a lot easier too.
ServiceFixture also provides database service fixtures(SelectFixture and UpdateFixture) which can be used to access databases directly from FitNesse test scripts. See Tutorial for more details.

For too long, code reviews have been too much of a chore. This is largely due to the lack of quality tools available, leaving developers to resort to e-mail and bug tracker-based solutions.
We've seen a lot of time and energy wasted doing code reviews both in open source projects and at VMware. In both cases, code reviews were typically done over e-mail. A significant amount of time was spent in forming review requests, switching between the diff and the e-mail, and trying to understand what parts of the code the reviewer was referring to.
In an effort to keep our sanity and improve the process both in our open source projects and at companies, we wrote Review Board.
Review Board is a powerful web-based code review tool that offers developers an easy way to handle code reviews. It scales well from small projects to large companies and offers a variety of tools to take much of the stress and time out of the code review process.
A free platform for the world's leading creative professionals.

Is an extranet tool, developed under the European Commission IDABC programme, and tuned towards Public Administrations needs. It is available free of charge for use and distribution under the European Public Licence.
It enables a given community (e.g. committee, working group, project group etc.) geographically spread across Europe (and beyond) to maintain a private space on the Internet where they can share information, documents, participate in discussion forum and various other functionalities.
This private space is called an "Interest Group". The access and navigation in this virtual space is done via any Internet browser and Internet connection. Like in any working group, committee or project team, one member plays the role of chairman or moderator.
