The article focuses on the implications of implementing quality compliance program to registered nurse (RN) staffing in the U.S. medical care. Jo Ann Webb, senior director of the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), stated that federal government would make some legislation towards the prediction of Bureau of Labor Statistics, wherein the number of nurses would be decreased in 2014-2020. Compliance officers have negotiated directly with the state legislation regarding the issue.
