AWWSW is the somewhat facetiously named "Architecture of the World Wide Semantic Web" Task Force. This is a task force created in a November 2007 TAG meeting to look into the semantics of HTTP interactions.

Every player on every team in every group had their own web page, and the ease with which you could navigate from one piece of content to the next was remarkable.
