Jedes zweite Unternehmen rechnet für die kommenden zehn Jahre laut einer Umfrage des Digitalverbands Bitkom im Zuge der Digitalisierung mit mehr Stellen für gut ausgebildete Beschäftigte. Zudem werden die Stellen, die erhalten bleiben, anspruchsvoller. Doch die Mehrheit der Unternehmen verzichte in Deutschland auf die Weiterbildung ihrer Mitarbeiter, sagte Bitkom-Präsident Thorsten Dirks zur Vorstellung der Ergebnisse vor wenigen Tagen: „Das ist erschreckend.“
Acht von zehn Unternehmen sehen auch künftig eine Bedeutung für Gewerkschaften. Mehrheit wünscht Erweiterung der Sozialpartnerschaft um Vertreter von Freiberuflern und Selbständigen. Arbeitszeitgesetz und Arbeitsstättenverordnung an die digitale Arbeitswelt anpassen.
