Das geplante Dienstleistungsabkommen TISA, eine Ergänzung zu TTIP, könnte freie Software bei Ausschreibungen für öffentliche Aufträge blockieren, schlägt die Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) Alarm. Ausnahmen seien nur bei Programmen für kritische Infrastrukturen vorgesehen.
