It has been created as part of the Workplace Relations Reform Programme, which involves merging the activities of the National Employment Rights Authority, the Labour Relations Commission, the Equality Tribunal and the first instance functions of the Labour Court and the Employment Appeals Tribunal into a new Body of First Instance, the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC). It includes decisions and determinations of the Equality Tribunal 1996 onwards, the Labour Court October 1986 onwards and the Employment Appeals Tribunal 2007 onwards. Decisions/determinations can be searched by case type, body and keyword.
