Lancé le 22 septembre dernier par Olivier Véran, ministre des solidarités et de la santé, devant l’ensemble des acteurs du secteur, le plan national 2021-2024 pour le développement des soins palliatifs et l’accompagnement de la fin de vie voit ses premiers travaux lancés. Son comité de pilotage s’est réuni le 5 octobre, sous la conduite du ministère et des 2 personnalités qualifiées désignées pour le présider : le Dr Olivier Mermet, médecin généraliste et le Dr Bruno Richard, praticien hospitalier. Objectif de ces travaux : traduire l’engagement de garantir à tous les citoyens, sur l’ensemble du territoire et au plus proche de tous les lieux de vie, l’accès aux soins palliatifs et à l’accompagnement de la fin de vie.
L’accueil des émotions et l‘identification des besoins pour soutenir
l’adhésion aux mesures sanitaires. Cet outil est construit à partir de ressources éprouvées développées par des médecins travaillant à une approche de communication empathique pour accompagner les patients souffrant de maladies graves et leurs aidants. Ces ressources sont établies à partir de principes clés communs rappelés brièvement en première partie de cet outil.
