Immer mehr Unionspolitiker fordern den nationalen Alleingang bei der Vorratsdatenspeicherung, wenn sich die EU nicht auf eine Neuauflage der vom EuGH kassierten Richtlinie einigen kann.
Die Union drängt im Rahmen der Koalitionsverhandlungen auf die „Ausleitung“ des Datenverkehrs an „Netzknoten“ im Kampf gegen Terrorismus und schwere Verbrechen. Polizeien und Geheimdienste sollen Zugriff darauf haben.
Die Masche ist alt, simpel und effektiv. Wir haben sie in den Neunziger Jahren erlebt als der Sozialstaat verbal sturmreif geschossen wurde: „Soziale Hängematte“,„Fördern und fordern“, „Leistung muss sich wieder lohnen“. Wir erleben diese Strategie heute wieder, wenn Politiker auf die individuelle Freiheit zielen. Im Wesentlichen besteht sie aus vier Komponenten: Übertreibung, Verallgemeinerung, Perspektivwechsel, Wiederholung.
